No. Each Drive & Shine VIP Car Wash Membership is valid for one vehicle only. Our VIP program provides exceptional value and savings, which is why memberships are limited to a single registered vehicle per account. To enjoy the same great benefits on another vehicle, you’ll need to purchase an additional VIP Membership. We do however offer Family Plan pricing, where you can receive a Multi-Vehicle Discount (MVD) on each additional membership you purchase!

With a Drive & Shine VIP Unlimited Car Wash Membership, you can wash your car once per day and as often as you like throughout the month while your membership is active. Our VIP program makes it easy to keep your vehicle clean and shiny all month long.

Your Drive & Shine VIP Membership number is located on the RFID sticker affixed to your windshield when you purchase your plan. It’s an 11-digit code separated by a plus (+) symbol (for example: 12345+123456). This number identifies your vehicle for your VIP Unlimited Car Wash Membership.

Yes. You’ll need your Drive & Shine VIP Membership number to cancel your plan or update the credit card on file. You can find this number on the barcode sticker on your windshield or on your original receipt. It’s an 11-digit code separated by a plus (+) symbol (for example: 12345+123456). If you cannot locate your number, please contact [email protected] for assistance. To manage your account, you will need to download the Drive & Shine app, or visit your closest location for assistance.

Yes. A credit or debit card is required to sign up for a Drive & Shine VIP Unlimited Car Wash Membership. Memberships can be purchased at any Drive & Shine location or by downloading the Drive & Shine app here. (app onelink if on mobile, or https://driveandshine.com/manage-membership for desktop)

Yes. You can change your Drive & Shine VIP Membership package by managing your account in the Drive & Shine app. This includes updating your membership plan, changing payment methods, or canceling your membership. For more details, visit here. (https://driveandshine.com/manage-membership)

You can use your Drive & Shine VIP Unlimited Car Wash Membership at any Drive & Shine location. Enjoy unlimited washes no matter which of our car wash locations you visit!

To ensure proper processing, any changes or cancellations should be made at least 72 hours before your next billing date. Once you cancel, your Drive & Shine VIP Unlimited Car Wash Membership will remain active until the next billing cycle, and you can continue to enjoy washes during that time.

No. Once you cancel, your Drive & Shine VIP Unlimited Car Wash Membership will remain active until your next billing date, but refunds are not issued for the current billing period.

Yes! All Drive & Shine VIP Unlimited Car Wash Membership receipts are available in the Drive & Shine app. To access them, log into the app, tap the More (…) menu in the bottomright corner, then select MY Account. From there, you can view and send your monthly billing receipts for reimbursement or record-keeping.

If you change your mind after submitting a cancellation, you can reactivate your Drive & Shine VIP Unlimited Car Wash Membership at any time. Visit any location, contact VIP customer support at [email protected], or reactivate directly in the Drive & Shine app.

No. There is no long-term contract for a Drive & Shine VIP Unlimited Car Wash Membership. You can cancel at any time, but to avoid the next billing cycle, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before your next billing date.

To transfer your Drive & Shine VIP Unlimited Car Wash Membership to a new vehicle, visit any Drive & Shine location and inform the attendant on duty. If you need your pass number or have additional questions, contact [email protected] for assistance.
